Wanted to share some of my latest favorites from a Target try on session I did recently!
First up, I tried on this Who What Wear ruffle sleeve button-down sweater. Wearing an XXL here and it fits pretty true to size. I love that the buttons didn’t pull at all, which doesn’t always happen for me! Comes in a couple other colors, too. Paired it with these A New Day plaid high-rise skinny ankle pants, in a size 18.
Next I tried on this Universal Thread short sleeve scalloped collar sweater. Wearing an XXL and it’s pretty true to size. I feel like you could easily wear this top with a skirt or even jeans and boots. Wearing them with the same plaid high-rise skinny ankle pants from above. These pants are adorable!
Next up, I tried on this Who What Wear ruffle sleeve button-down shirt — wearing a 1X from the plus-sizes here. The buttons didn’t pull at all on this one, which is great. I also have the same top in a regular chambray wash. Wearing them with the same plaid high-rise skinny ankle pants from above.
This Universal Thread puff sleeve eyelet peplum top is insanely cute — I picked it up in both white and green. Love the eyelet cutouts on the sleeves! And the peplum detail is really sweet. Wearing an XXL in both colors. Wearing it with these Universal Thread vintage straight cropped jeans, in a size 18.
Again wearing the puff sleeve eyelet peplum top here but in green and the same vintage straight cropped jeans as above. Love this green color! And also — how cute would this top be layered under a crewneck sweater come winter, so the little ruffle collar peeks out?! That would be total vintage Princess Diana vibes.
