Yesterday morning, I needed to get out the door in a hurry. For me that means a simple striped top, cropped pants, sandals and an effortless necklace with a bit of an edge.

Yesterday was one of those perfect summer days, too — it wasn’t too hot and there was a nice breeze in NYC. And when it’s not sweltering outside, these Minnie pants from J. Crew are a definite style staple of mine.
And the peplum on the top gives it an interesting twist, instead of just being your typical t-shirt!
