Over the next few weeks, I’ll be talking about summer staples on the blog. There are certain things that I think everyone should have in their closet for summer for work, play and everything in between. You may have seen my last post about chambray shirt dresses.
Up next … midi skirts. The reason I think these are so genius is partly because of my daily NYC commute. I really don’t want my thighs sticking to the plastic seats on the bus or the train in the summertime. That drives me bananas. I also want sufficient coverage for the office, but I don’t always love how heavy and constricting pencil skirts feel in the warmer months.
