What NYC Recessionista Wears: Tiny Tracks

Yesterday was one of those days where I couldn’t stop grinning, simply because I was wearing a new dress.

You know that feeling where you’re wearing something pretty and feminine and you just want to walk around singing “I Feel Pretty” at the top of your lungs like a crazy person? Okay, so maybe that’s just me …

Uncommon Goods earrings / LOFT dress / LOFT belt (similar) / watch c/o Caravelle by Bulova / Anthropologie bracelets (similar here and here) / Target tights (similar) / J. Crew boots (similar)

I love that the name of this dress is called the ‘Tiny Tracks’ print dress … because it really does look like a little birdie danced across it.

I paired it with a LOFT belt that I’d purchased over the summer, and it happened to work really well with it!

You could of course wear this without a belt for a very different look (think more 60s a la Megan Draper), but I still wanted to define my waist.
