Spring 2014 Trends: Slip-on Sneakers

Happy Friday, my lovelies!  It’s finally the weekend, and I’m continuing full steam ahead with your guide to the biggest fashion trends for spring.  There are so many fun trends to try this season, and you don’t have to go broke doing it, either. For the next two weeks, I’m going to be breaking down all of the hottest trends for spring, and giving you tons of options for working them into your closet.

Tonight: Slip-on Sneakers.

What to look for: Simple, lightweight silhouettes. Try to avoid pairs that add unnecessary bulk to your feet. The more streamlined, the better. And if you’re just to try this trend with one pair, I’d suggest going with a more neutral color or pattern — you’ll be able to get much more use out of them! That being said, the patterned pairs are awfully fun.

What to wear it with: Try this trend with ANYTHING — dresses, jeans, cropped pants, skirts and shorts … the sky’s the limit with these. They’re perfect for the weekend, but can unexpectedly be paired with more dressy pieces, too, depending on the color / pattern.

Here are 12 wallet-friendly pairs of slip-on sneakers to try this spring —
