Yesterday, I decided to add some small pops of color to my navy dress.

These two accessories — the necklace and the belt — are technically summertime accessories, but I still think they can work into fall, so long as you pair them with darker, more saturated colors.
I just wish the weather would cool off here already … it’s way too hot and humid here in NYC!
