This past week, I got something back that I thought I’d never see again …
… my beloved Velvet Eyewear ‘Sofie’ cat eye frames that I had lost two weeks ago. No, I didn’t actually find the pair I’d misplaced. Velvet Eyewear was so unbelievably kind enough to send me a replacement!
I’d reached out to them to tell them that I’d lost my frames, which have been my all-time favorite pair of glasses. I didn’t even know if they made the frames in this color anymore; all signs pointed to the color being discontinued because they were gone from the website for some time.
Well, as my luck would have it, they still make them in this gorgeous seafoam green color so now I have my favorite pair back. All I have to do is get my prescription lenses put in.
I still have no idea where my lost pair ended up, and I may never know. But now at least I don’t have to feel sad thinking that I’ll never be able to wear these again. They were just too amazing a pair to forget!
