Only in looking at these photos of what I wore yesterday did I realize that I looked like a total elf. Well, we finally had gorgeous and warm spring weather here in NYC yesterday, so you can call me your spring elf.

I love this dress — it’s so effortless and simple — but I am not so sure about these tights anymore. I love them with some outfits … it gives that hint of quirk … but then sometimes I feel like I am wearing split pea soup on my legs 🙂
It was a Monday morning and I was running on about 5.5 hours of sleep … do you ever have those days where you leave the house, and then later you find yourself questioning your outfit?
Yeah … that was me yesterday.

I think this outfit is really cute! I really like the tights. But I totally understand–sometimes I get to work and catch a glimpse of myself and think, "What the hell am I wearing?" Then I feel self-conscious all day.
