Happy Tuesday, my lovelies … it’s time to look at the biggest fall fashion trends and up first is velvet.
I have to admit, when I first saw velvet pieces start to pop up everywhere, I was a little hesitant. As someone whose adolescence was right smack in the mid 90s, I had mixed feelings about this trend reemerging. Back in the day, velvet could very easily look tacky or cheap if done the wrong way. And most people did it the wrong way back in the 90s TBH 🙂 But, the more velvet pieces I’ve seen this time around, the more I am loving this trend. They’re really beautiful! The fabrics are so soft and luxurious feeling, and the colors are just gorgeous. LOFT in particular has some really amazing velvet pieces right now.
