Okay, my lovelies … here are my favorite looks from Monday night’s Primetime Emmy Awards! And since it’s almost time for the kiddos to go back to school, I’ve broken things down all senior-superlatives style:
Favorite couple: Behati Prinsloo and Adam Levine
How freaking cool are they?! So damn California chic, I can’t stand it.
Favorite pop of yellow: Allison Williams
This dress is insanely beautiful, but the neon yellow sash really takes it from ordinary to extraordinary.
Best hairstyle that I wish I could replicate: Amy Poehler
This is definitely a more relaxed hairdo for the Emmy’s, but I really love it.
Most unexpected hair: Christina Hendricks
I was seriously not expecting her to wear her hair like this. She’s always striking and beautiful, but I’m not sure how I feel about it!
Favorite neckline: Claire Danes
Jeweled. Butterflies. Givenchy. I seriously can’t with this glamour.
Favorite baby bump: Hayden Panettiere
So darn adorable.
Favorite print: Julie Bowen
I really love this dress … the graphic print is very cool, and the 70s silhouette is effortless.
Favorite hair: Kelly Osbourne
No one rocks a lavender mohawk like Kelly. No one.
Best dressed overall: Kiernan Shipka
Kiernan can seriously do no wrong … she always looks absolutely perfect.
Best cut-outs, back and all-over, mega-watt glam: Lizzy Caplan
Janice from Mean Girls has come a looooong way. Striking and glamourous.
Favorite use of color: Michelle Dockery
I’d never think to pair these colors together, but they work. Especially love the blue.
Favorite jewelry: Taylor Schilling
That bad-ass ear cuff she’s wearing is everything.
