It was about 30 degrees below normal for this time of year yesterday in NYC … but I was determined to wear some spring colors, even if I had to cover them up with my winter coat.

One of my favorite color combinations is bright blue and army green … there’s just something so fun about it. I’ve been pairing these two colors together since I was about 13.
But adding the little pop of neon with the belt was of course fun, too 🙂
When I saw this necklace several months back at the LOFT Spring 2014 preview event, I knew I had to have it as soon as it came out.
