The hubs and I got all dressed up and went to a friend’s wedding on Saturday night, and I’m not at all ashamed to say I pulled a Kate Middleton and repeated an outfit. Except for the jewelry, I wore pretty much the same outfit to another wedding in May. Whatever – I think it’s still cute and that’s what being a recessionista is all about!
I got the dress on double clearance in the early spring– I love the fit and the colors. It’s really comfortable.

I just got new glasses — seafoam cat eyes — and I love them. They’re Velvet Eyewear in case you were wondering! The drop earrings were a free gift with purchase during the Fashion’s Night Out event I attended at NY& Company last month.
The clutch was a birthday gift from one of my dear friends like four or five years ago – I’ve gotten so much use out of it. The J. Crew bracelet is from spring 2009 and the nail polish is OPI Berlin There, Done That.
The shoes are Payless – they cost just $20! The color on my toes is also OPI – My Private Jet.

Sadly, falling asleep sitting up while watching TV the night before turned out to be a real pain in the neck – literally. I could barely turn my head and we had to leave in the middle of all the wedding fun. I’m still in crazy pain. Does anyone else routinely hurt their neck like I do?
