My mom always told me that before applying mascara i need to scrape the wand against the side of the tube, as i pull it out. this prevents those annoying chunks. I remember that everytime to this day.

One beauty secret that has stayed with me is to tweeze eyebrows a bit every day so they don't get too unmanageable!

my grandmother always looked good even when turned 90 her skin was shiny and glowing with few wrinkles. Her trick was to remove all makeup at night with Pond's Cold cream-she would gently wipe it off with a tissue and then put another dab on her fingertips and put it on her face to smoothe out her wrinkles she would say lol.

My friend and hairdresser told me to apply an anti frizz cream with a tooth brush. It catches all the fly aways on the top of my head.

Umm...you've been one of my besties since 5th grade. Isn't that reason enough?! Best beauty advice: Always wash your face before bed.

my mom has always taught me the importance of moisturizing. also to make lipstick last longer, after applying the lipstick, put a tissue over your lip and then put some powder over your lips using a brush.

One thing that I learned from my mom was to do a mixture of olive oil, sugar, crushed lavender or mint, for a foot scrub. I use it once a month for soft feet. engineergirl@mail.com
