The Andean Collection is a really cool jewelry company that I first heard about reading Real Simple. They make beautiful, natural pieces that are also sustainable - they help impoverished communities in South America and use fair trade principles.

I would wear it with a gray top I have that has very subtle blue, lime and fuschia accents. I think the color of the necklace would bring out the blue in the top.
